This 100% Cotton, One-of-a-Kind, quilted toddler vest is handmade in size 5 years old. It is complete and ready to ship. You will receive the exact vest shown in the photos. More fabric combinations and more sizes coming soon. It is quilted, fully lined and has quilt batting between the layers of fabric (much like an actual quilt. It is handmade entirely by me.
Please note, these sizes are based on approximate averages. Please measure the recipient to make sure the size is right for the child. These are generously sized, however, children of the same age can vary greatly in size. Thanks!
The vest measures nearly 28" (72 cm) around the chest, measured just under the arm it is 14" (36cm) from armpit to armpit.
It measures approximately 16.5" (42 cm) from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Fabrics are 100% Cotton. This vest has NO Snaps. If you would like snaps added, please let me know by sending me a message.
I take great care and pride in my work. I enjoy every aspect of making these vests, from selecting the fabrics, to quilting the materials and sewing up the vest. I choose co-ordinating cotton fabric for the lining as well as the fabric choice for the bias binding that goes around the garment. Yes, I'm having way too much fun making these. They do take many hours to make, but if you enjoy your work you don't realize the time. :-) I enjoy making each one and love how they are unique to suit the personality of the child that will be wearing it.
Care Instructions: Washer/Dryer Safe on warm/cool and lay flat right after removing from the dryer. (or put on a hanger) You can touch up with an iron set at the cotton setting if you choose.
So cute to layer with anything underneath; a t-shirt, long sleeve shirt or even a hoodie or sweater if the size allows. It can also be worn under a jacket for extra warmth.
This garment was sewn and is stored in a smoke free home studio.
